Decreasing flow in Old Brahmaputra, Dhaleswari and Gorai rivers

The flow in the Dhaleswari, Old Brahaputra and Gorai are already decreasing.  It will decrease further affecting the eco-system. Duration of flow cutoff from the parent channel will increase.
