Chapter 38 provides for the establishment of a Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD), which will have the task of monitoring and reviewing progress in the implementation of Agenda 21. Like other members of the United Nations system, UNFPA will contribute to the work of, and report to, the CSD on its role in the implementation of Agenda 21.
