** Decisions adopted by COP 10

The Bureau, at its meeting on 1 March 2004, accepted the generous offer of the Government of Argentina to host COP 10 in Buenos Aires. They also agreed to a proposal by the Government of Argentina to shift the dates by one week to 6 to 17 December 2004, taking into account the availability of “La Rural” exhibition center.
