Notes:
1. All other fruits includes papaya, lemons, litchi, lime & lemon, ber, gouva, etc.
2. Deduction for seeds & wastage etc. of rape & mustard oil seeds has been taken as 8% of total production and oil equivalent has been taken as 33% of remaining portion. Net abailability of rape & mustard oils is calculated by deducting industrial use as 15% of oil products.
3. Considering 95% crude soyabean oil as refined + imported refined soyabean oil = total availability of consumption. Hence, its local production need not to be considered.
4. Other edible oil includes cocoanut oil, till oil, castor oil and other vegetable oil, etc.
i) The figure of cocoanut oil are worked out by considering 18% of net production of cocoanut as carnel of which 62% is taken as oil equivalent, 10% of cocoanut oil has been deducted as industrial use. ii) In case of til, castor and other vegetable oil 8% of til, castor & other vegetable oil seeds has been deducted as seeds & wastage from gross production and 33% is taken as oil equivalent of the net production. 5% of  til & castor oil has been deducted as industrial use.
5. 2.5% of chillies, 5% of turmaric, onion has been deducted as seeds & wastage. 
6. Other condiments and spices includes ginger, corriander, cumin seed, cardemon, tejpata, cloves, black pepper and pudina etc. 5% of corriander and 4.5% of ginger has been deducted as seeds and wastage.  
7. Availability for human consumption of gur and molasses has been calculated as 85% of total production.
8. 3.2% of betel leaves has been deducted as wastage.
