Maheshkhali, an island isolated from the mainland Cox’s Bazar, located at 10km west is now becoming the part of the Internet World. With the inauguration of the first ever Cyber Centre at the multipurpose village information center has elevated Maheshkhali to this premium level.

SDNP team with the assistance from the community people has made this tedious job a success. With the establishment of Radio Link between remote locations like Maheshkhali & Cox’s Bazar has opened a new horizon in ICT4D activities in Bangladesh. SDNP is focusing on disaster management, tele-medicne, distance education & access to SDI data bank through this MVIC.
